Your Legal Guarantee

Under applicable European consumer law, consumers have legal rights when goods are defective or do not conform to the purchase agreement.

As a minimum, European consumer rules provide protection for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two (2) years after delivery. Depending on your country of residence, you may have additional or longer rights under national consumer law.

Customers in the Netherlands may also have additional rights under Dutch consumer law, depending on the product and what may reasonably be expected from it.

What Should You Do If There Is a Problem?

If you discover that a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to your order, please notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the issue.

A notification made within two (2) months after discovering the problem will in any case be considered timely. Depending on the circumstances, a longer period may also be acceptable.

• Your order number
• The name of the affected product
• A brief description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging where the product arrived damaged or leaked during transport

How We Resolve Warranty Claims

Products Damaged During Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, broken or otherwise affected during transport, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please keep the product, parcel and packaging until we have reviewed the claim, as photographs or other information may be required for our investigation with the carrier.

Contact us at info@inahsi.eu and include your order number and clear photographs.

Incorrect Product Received

If we have accidentally sent you a different product from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once we have verified the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Complaints

We always aim to provide a high level of service, but we understand that occasionally something may not go as planned.

If you have a complaint about an order, product or our service, we ask that you first contact our customer service team so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter.

Please include your order number and a clear description of your complaint. If your complaint relates to a product, photographs can help us investigate the matter more quickly.

We will review your complaint carefully and aim to provide a fair and appropriate solution as quickly as reasonably possible.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may have the right to seek assistance from an applicable consumer dispute resolution body or consumer authority in your country of residence.
